"Territorial Marketing in Merchantissimo",
this is the title of our project.

The main objective of this Project is to create active contacts within our Community, to promote worldwide the Italian territory and its provinces.
To promote the tourism, local traditional food, artistic and cultural peculiarities, but also the social and economic reality, with a look at companies and to the local handicrafts, in order to identify new ways to development of tourism and exports in the specific area, in collaboration with the authorities, entrepreneurs, craftsmen, estate agents, tour operators, bodies and institutions in the territory.

The project is divided into 4 steps:

Material and documentation
- Collection of material like documents and writings; articles of the inhabitants, migrants and tourists; reader's stories, photographs and images sent and delivered directly to our site throughout the project;

Contacts
- Opening of a section dedicated and specific to a City or a Province in the forum of Merchantissimo;

Exchanges
- Cultural exchanges between Italian and foreign cities (i.e., with participation in events, festivals, cultural and artistic initiatives, wine bars, trade fairs, etc.).

Exhibition and Book
- An Exhibition of the collected material to organize in our International Convention and the publication of a book multilingual with the material of our Community.

Purpose of Project

The project wants to aims to contribute to the progress of the relationships.
He has strong commercial, social and educational aims of enlargement and development investment, finance, trade, crafts, arts, culture and local tourism.

The municipalities within the section of their region, within the point of Menu "InfoPoint Italy", can open a specific space for showing - through writings, multimedia documents, articles and images - the various points for the presentation of their territory:

• Territory & Roads

Presentation of the territory, the weather, the artistic beauty (sights, museums, sites to be visited).
Presentation of the local road network local and regional airports, means of transport routes to follow.

• Structures & Infrastructures

Presentation of the infrastructure and structures in the territory, organizations and local associations, schools and courses, addresses and phone numbers etc..
Possibility of sports equipment and infrastructure, sporting events and initiatives.

• Hospitality & Reception

Presentation of the structures of hospitality and reception (where sleeping, eating, etc.).
Support and information for tourists, local travel agents, promotion of local structures.

• Shopping and Handicraft

Opportunities of presentation and promotion of local structures and crafts, tips for shopping and for purchases most typical and interesting things, shops, etc..

• Food and wine

Presentation of wine and food, products of the territory, recipes and dishes, and the local gastronomy (pasta and bakery products, meat and sausages, cheeses, fruits and vegetables, oil and honey, wine and grappa), in order to promote the local products at national level, but especially at European and International level.

• Events & Exhibitions

Presentation of the programs, promotions and initiatives of local tourist agencies.
A detailed calendar of events, fairs, markets, initiatives and events, data and details of the event, type of event.

• Local Business

Presentation of projects and business ideas, possible investments in large and small projects, offers of job, bid and research of buildings.

• Foreign Business

Presentation of the Companies in the territory, searching for companies abroad and new sales networks, investors, suppliers, distributors and foreign partners; possible exports, links, the methods and means for trade in national territory, European and/or

International.

How to participate in the initiative of Merchantissimo?

Participation in the initiative is on a voluntary basis and is only possible if you are Member of our Community.

After completing the registration form, we'll send you login and password to access to all sections of Merchantissimo.

To become a full Member of the Community you have to buy a Member Card which, for all those who participate actively, it will cost only 99.- Euro per year!

The Merchantissimo Member VIP Card will give you access to the resources made available, submit proposals, participate in the discussions that will take place in the Forum in the site.

In addition, you can insert ads, open your personal/professional/blog, participate without additional costs to our field of e-commerce retail or wholesale, depending on your specific needs.

As Partner you will also be able to take advantage of a wide range of discounts, facilities, that other Worldwide Members give you.

Being a Member of Merchantissimo and participate in our project allows you to increase the visibility of your blog/website, promote your business, create a steady stream of questions and offers, maximize the profits, etc.

How do I work?

Your cooperation is essential and precious.

You can write and submit an interesting article for the presentation of works, events and festivals, books, documents, photos, drawings, films, testimonies or otherwise, to promote your City or territory.

You can provide e-mail addresses of associations, institutions, structures and people can send to our site documentation and material useful.

For the items, documents, promotions, photos, graphics and multimedia (video and audio), please always show:
- A title
- Mentioned areas
- A brief description and/or a mention on the topics.

Every request or proposal will be evaluated carefully.
